Neonatal tetanus remains a significant avertable cause of morbidity and mortality in neonates. Adequate vaccination strategies, including at least two doses of tetanus toxoid for reproductive age women, can decrease neonatal mortality. In Ethiopia, a few numbers of neonates were protected at birth through this proactive intervention. Potential drug-drug interactions and associated factors among hospitalized pediatric patients in Adigrat general hospital, Tigrai, north Ethiopia: a retrospective cross- sectional study

The dataset examines the prevalence and characteristics of potential drug-drug interactions (pDDIs) in hospitalized pediatric patients at Adigrat General Hospital, Ethiopia. A retrospective study was conducted from July 2020 to August 2020, analyzing medical charts of 234 pediatric patients from January 2020 to June 2020. The data includes patient demographics, clinical characteristics, medication information, and pDDI prevalence, categorizing interactions by severity and documentation level
