This dataset contains COVID-19 line list and laboratory registration data collected and reported by health facilities under THRI for the period December 4–7, 2012 (All Data). It includes detailed information on suspected and confirmed COVID-19 cases, patient demographics, clinical characteristics, and laboratory test results. The data is essential for monitoring COVID-19 case trends over the reporting period, evaluating laboratory testing performance, and supporting evidence-based public health interventions for effective disease surveillance, prevention, and control.
