Abstract

Description: This dataset contains Viral Load (VL) test results registered through the Laboratory Information System (LIS) of Axum Referral Hospital, located in the Tigray region of Ethiopia. The data spans from 2016 to 2017 Ethiopian Calendar (E.C.), corresponding approximately to 2013–2015 in the Gregorian Calendar. The dataset includes patient-level or aggregate information on HIV viral load testing, typically used for monitoring the effectiveness of antiretroviral therapy (ART).
