Abstract

This dataset comprises COVID-19 case and laboratory testing records collected using the Covid-19 Laboratory Result From THRI 03-Nov-2020 First Run It was compiled by the Tigray Health Research Institute (THRI) in Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia as part of continued efforts to monitor and control the COVID-19 pandemic. Provided in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format, the dataset includes comprehensive patient-level data such as demographics, sample collection dates, types of laboratory tests performed, test results, and clinical outcomes.
