Tigray Regional Health Bureau – Mortality Data (2011 E.C.)

Abstract

This dataset contains mortality statistics reported by health facilities in the Tigray region for the Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY) 2011. It includes data on causes of death, age and sex distribution, and mortality rates for both communicable and non-communicable diseases. The information supports public health surveillance, planning, and evaluation of interventions aimed at reducing preventable deaths in the region.
