Abstract

This dataset comprises comprehensive records of COVID-19 laboratory testing collected using the standardized Final THRI Line List and Laboratory Registration Format (dated 04-12-2012 E.C., Second Run). The data was compiled by the Tigray Health Research Institute (THRI), based in Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia, as part of its ongoing public health surveillance and response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Provided in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format, the dataset includes essential variables such as patient demographics (age, sex, location), dates of sample collection, test types, laboratory results, and clinical outcomes.
