REQAS: EQA Network in Sputum Smear Microscopy – TB Onsite Supervision (July 19 – August 26, 2010)

Abstract

This dataset contains results from onsite evaluations of health centers conducted under the Regional External Quality Assessment Scheme (REQAS) for sputum smear microscopy. Using a standardized TB supervision checklist, the assessment covered laboratory practices, staff competency, SOP adherence, and quality control. The data helps monitor diagnostic performance and guide improvements in TB laboratory services.
