| dc.description.abstract | This study analyzed 600 prescriptions at Adigrat General Hospital, Ethiopia, finding 44.5% included antibiotics, with high adherence to generic prescribing (91.5%). Predominant diseases were respiratory and infectious. Significant predictors included age and number of diseases. The findings highlight the need for antibiotic stewardship to combat antimicrobial resistance. | |
