Abstract

This dataset presents the SLIPTA (Stepwise Laboratory Quality Improvement Process Towards Accreditation) performance assessment results for General and Primary Hospitals, collected between 19/07/2010 E.C. and 29/08/2010 E.C. (corresponding to July–August 2018 Gregorian Calendar). The dataset includes evaluations conducted across multiple hospitals using the WHO-AFRO SLIPTA checklist, which assesses laboratory quality management systems based on ISO 15189 standards. This dataset is crucial for tracking the quality performance of hospital laboratories, identifying systemic gaps, and supporting targeted interventions toward achieving accreditation and improving laboratory service delivery.
