COVID 19 Line list and Laboratory Registration Format Final THRI 06-12-2012 First Run

Abstract

This dataset comprises COVID-19 case and laboratory testing records collected using the COVID 19 Line list and Laboratory Registration Format Final THRI 06-12-2012 First Run. It was compiled by the Tigray Health Research Institute (THRI) in Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia as part of continued efforts to monitor and control the COVID-19 pandemic. Provided in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format, the dataset includes comprehensive patient-level data such as demographics, sample collection dates, types of laboratory tests performed, test results, and clinical outcomes. The standardized format ensures consistency and quality for epidemiological analysis and public health reporting.
