Abstract

This dataset contains COVID-19 case and laboratory testing records collected using the Final Line List and Laboratory Registration Format during the First Run (August 1-3, 2012 E.C.). Compiled by the Tigray Health Research Institute (THRI) in Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia, the dataset captures critical patient demographics, sample collection dates, laboratory test types and results, and clinical outcomes.
