COVID 19 Line list and Labratory Registration Format Final 27-11-2012 Second Run

Abstract

This dataset comprises COVID-19 case and laboratory testing records collected using the COVID 19 Line list and Laboratory Registration Format Final 27-11-2012 corresponding to the Second Run of data collection. It was compiled by the Tigray Health Research Institute (THRI) in Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia as part of continued efforts to monitor and control the COVID-19 pandemic. Provided in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format, the dataset includes comprehensive patient-level data such as demographics, sample collection dates, types of laboratory tests performed, test results, and clinical outcomes. The standardized format ensures consistency and quality for epidemiological analysis and public health reporting. Access to the dataset is governed by the Data Access and Sharing Procedure of the Research Data Management Committee (RDMC), ensuring ethical use and data confidentiality.
