This dataset presents regional Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) diagnostic and resistance data for July–September 2024, covering: Rifampicin Mono Resistance Cases (N = 14): Disaggregated by sex and treatment (Rx) history GeneXpert Tests (N = 7,241): Monthly testing volumes throughout 2024 MTB Positivity Rates (N = 560): Stratified by age category, HIV status, gender, Rx history, and site of infection The data enable analysis of regional MTB trends, treatment-resistance patterns, and demographic or clinical factors linked to positivity rates
