Abstract

The dataset examines the prevalence and characteristics of potential drug-drug interactions (pDDIs) in hospitalized pediatric patients at Adigrat General Hospital, Ethiopia. A retrospective study was conducted from July 2020 to August 2020, analyzing medical charts of 234 pediatric patients from January 2020 to June 2020.
