Abstract

This dataset is based on a community-based cross-sectional study conducted between November 2020 and May 2022 in selected districts of the Tigray Region, Northern Ethiopia. The study assessed the impact of the armed conflict on under-five mortality. A total of 1,857 registered deaths of children aged 0–59 months were recorded using the WHO-adapted verbal autopsy tool. Households were selected using simple random sampling (SRS), and data were analyzed using STATA.
