Abstract

This dataset originates from a community-based cross-sectional study conducted between December 23, 2023, and January 3, 2024, in selected districts of Tigray, Northern Ethiopia. The study aimed to explore the current status, challenges, and future prospects of Community-Based Health Insurance (CBHI) in the post-conflict setting. Data were collected from 2,289 household heads using simple random sampling (SRS) and analyzed using SPSS.
