Abstract

This dataset is based on a community-based cross-sectional study conducted from May 23 to June 30, 2018, in the Eastern Zone of Tigray, Northern Ethiopia. The study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitude, and utilization of adolescent and youth-friendly health services (AYFHS) among youths aged 15–24 years. A total of 634 participants (both male and female) were selected using simple random sampling (SRS). Data were collected using an adapted structured tool and analyzed using SPSS. The findings showed low levels of knowledge, attitude, and service utilization related to reproductive health among the youth in the study area. The study was carried out by the Tigray Health Research Institute under the Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health (RMNCH) thematic area.
